I couldn't believe the difference it made after just 5 minutes. I followed the instructions: put my sterling silverware in a plastic dish pan with all the pieces on top, placed a packet of silver bath on top, poured boiling water from the stove untill everything was under water, waited 5 minutes, wearing rubber gloves removed items from dish pan with tongs and transfered to pan of warm soapy water. Dried them off with dish towels and showed off their beauty to my husband and mother-in-law!
